Joe Nowell Can-O-Corn Classic| This first annual amateur competition is a three day tournament at Plamann Park
from July 20 to July 22. The competition is free and is open to anybody.

Courses
There are four main disc golf locations in the Fox Cities area:

Plamann Park, Appleton Tellulah Park, Appleton O'Hauser Park, Town of Menasha |
One of the forgotten disc golf courses in the Fox Valley is at Pierce Park. The course is empty most of the time, and it provides special obstacles on every hole not offered at other courses: trees. Pierce is also a great place for speed disc golf, and you can even play the course backwards for a whole new game!
Directions: take Mason St south to Prospect Ave (Jefferson School). Turn east (left) and take a right into the park at the gate (about one block). Parking can be found to the right. The first tee is at the top of the hill by the park entrance.
